Elder Law and Estate Planning Attorney
Andrew J. Cobin of Brady, Morton & Cobin, PLLC

Serving clients in Raleigh, Cary, Wake Forest and Surrounding Areas

Thanks for visiting my site! I am an estate and elder law attorney and a partner at the law firm of Brady, Morton & Cobin, PLLC, located in Raleigh, NC. I’ve dedicated my practice to helping residents in the Triangle and surrounding areas to take care of their families when it really matters.

Helping to take care of families starts by putting a proper plan in place. A plan that truly works provides peace of mind, thus my motto: Peace of Mind Through Plans that Work™.

I take the approach of putting my focus on you, your family and the changes that your family will go through. Whether you’re looking to protect your home from the nursing home; create a will, trust or power of attorney; looking to get your affairs in order to make it simpler for your family in the event of your death or disability; avoid probate; save taxes; help mom and dad start thinking about their estate plan; or you’re looking to update or review your current plan, my firm and I are here to help. It’s never too early to plan, but it can certainly be too late.

Of course, often there is no plan in place, or the plan in place is woefully inadequate. I take great pride in helping families navigate the courts in probate and guardianship proceedings. I also take great pride and pleasure in helping families when a loved one needs long term care but does not want to spend every last dime to pay for it.

I invite you to learn more about estate planning and elder law, their related fields, or my practice in general by exploring my website. And of course, I would be honored to help you achieve Peace of Mind!

Repsectfully yours,

Andrew J. Cobin
